Singapore Flex Usergroup - July Usergroup Meeting Special - FUG' Out 01

FUG' Out (pronounced as 'fun-out', or up anything in your own creativity) is a special usergroup event in which we held the usergroup meeting out of Adobe office, into the base of different companies, places. Accompanied with FUG' Out is contest and free goodies.

For the very first FUG'Out, we will hold our usergroup meeting at the international award-winning company, Tequila\ (http://www.tequila.com). In this meeting, we will speak about Papervision 3D. We also invited Nico, the founder of FDT, Germany, to give us a remote presentation on the FDT IDE and how it can improve your development workflow.

7.00pm - 7.10pm - Opening Note - Whats up in FUG by Hu Shunjie, Manager Singapore Flex Usergroup

Synopsis: In this quick 10 minutes opening note, Hu Shunjie will inform the members what's new and what is currently happen for FUG. No technical stuff, just sit back and relax!

About Hu Shunjie:
Hu Shunjie is a Adobe Certified Instructor for Flash and is excited about everything Flex and Web 2.0. He loves to organize events, meet geeks, and talk geek. He rants at his tech blog expertRIA.com and is currently doing development for Seesmic Inc, a video conversation platform.



7.10pm to 8.10pm - Session 1 - Papervision by Andrii Olefirenko, Ukraine

About Andrii:
Andrii was born in Ukraine. He’s excited about RIA, 3D modeling and animation, and has unusual sympathy to math and physics.
He’s currently in Singapore and after spending some great time working for Singtel, started own company completely devoted to Adobe Flex/AIR
development.

8.30pm to 9.30pm - Session 2 - Pure Coding Comfort with Eclipse and FDT 3.0 by Nico Zimmermann, Germany (Remote Presentation)

About Nico Zimmerman
Nico Zimmermann is development director at Powerflasher Labs. Since 1999 he is accountable for the development of complex and innovative applications based on Flash. The customer-specific applications range from games and business applications to online ads and e-learnings. His main task at the recently formed Powerflasher unit is focussed on the creation of fresh and out-of-the-box applications. He is also responsible for Powerflashers coaching and consulting segment. He is internationally highly regarded as founder of FDT, an Eclispe plug-in for AS2 and AS3 coding. One might also know him from numerous articles he wrote and books he worked on as well as from several conferences he attended to as speaker.
